How do I book?

Bookings can be made online using our online reservation service. Contact us for additional questions or concerns. ​

Are prices per person or per tour?

Prices listed on the website are per tour and include up to 10 guests.  Groups of 11 - 25 can be accommodated and will be priced at different per person pricing.

When are you available?

Summer availability is very limited as as I also give tours for student and adult tour companies.  When you select the "Book Your Tour" button, the calendar has my most up-to-date availability.  If your date isn't available, do check back a week or two before, as I do make updates frequently.

What's included?

Your tour includes pre-tour consultation with a licensed, professional guide, and the services of that guide for the full duration of your tour.  Also included are the use of sanitized headset devices to ensure you can hear me at all times and that we can properly social distance.

Items that are not included in the tour price: the cost of meals, snacks, beverages, admission fees, parking fees, transportation costs, and optional gratuities for your guide. 

 

Can I cancel?

Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, all scheduled tours may be cancelled up to and including the day of the tour.  Please do not come on a tour if you or any member of your group is feeling ill.  Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour, but if that is not possible you will receive a full refund.  Once a tour has begun and/or ended, no refund will be available.

What should I wear?

All tours are walking tours, so comfortable, well supported footwear is essential.  Dress both for comfort and for the season as we will be outside for the entire tour.  Layers are always good in spring and fall when mornings can be cool with warmer afternoons.

 

What if it rains?

Then we play in the puddles!  Tours run rain or shine, so be sure to have appropriate footwear and an umbrella or raincoat.  In the event of severe weather, your tour may be rescheduled or cancelled.  Should we not be able to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.

 

Do you offer public tours?

All tours are currently private tours, so it will be only you and your group on the tour (up to 10 guests).  Groups of 11 - 25 can be accommodated upon request and will be priced at different per person pricing.

Do you provide contactless payment options?

Yes.  Payment can be accepted completely online.
