How do I book?
Bookings can be made online using our online reservation service. Contact us for additional questions or concerns.
Are prices per person or per tour?
Prices listed on the website are per tour and include up to 10 guests. Groups of 11 - 25 can be accommodated, upon request, with per-person pricing.
When are you available for tours?
My availability varies by season. March thru October has very limited availability as I also guide student groups in the spring and adult groups from summer through mid-fall. The calendar on the "Book Your Tour" button is always up-to-date with my current availability.
What's included?
Your tour includes pre-tour consultation with a professional, licensed, certified guide, and the services of that guide for the full duration of your tour.
Items that are not included in the tour price: the cost of meals, snacks, beverages, admission fees, parking fees, transportation costs, and optional gratuities for your guide.
Can I cancel?
All scheduled tours may be cancelled up to and including the day of the tour. Please do not come on a tour if you or any member of your group is feeling ill. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour, but if that is not possible you will receive a full refund. Once a tour has begun and/or ended, no refund will be available.

What should I wear?
All tours are walking tours, so comfortable, well supported footwear is essential. Dress both for comfort and for the season. Layers are always good.
What if it rains?
Then we play in the puddles! Tours run rain or shine, so be sure to have appropriate footwear and an umbrella or raincoat. In the event of severe weather, your tour may be rescheduled or cancelled. Should we not be able to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
Do you offer public tours?
All tours are currently private tours, so it will be only you and your group on the tour (up to 10 guests). Groups of 11 - 25 can be accommodated, upon request, and will be priced per person.
Do you provide contactless payment options?
Yes. Payment can be accepted completely online.
